The countertops are custom precision cut out of a single piece of stone, the floor on the first level is poured and flattened by hand, the staircases are designed specifically for the home. Located on 902 Montana Street and 910 Montana Street the home starts off being singular as it has not one but two addresses. Additionally, this location gives us our name sake as the property has an amazing view of San Antonio’s downtown sky line highlighted by the Tower of the Americas. Our location also allows us to have solar panels as the primary energy source for the house. What does this mean for you? No electric bill for various months throughout the year.

Each of the five homes comes with custom finishes. Be it circular instead of square luxury lighting, dark countertops with light European cabinetry or vice versa, and even the stairs are different in each house. We wanted to create a home only YOU would have.
